AMEX Offers: Activate These Targeted Bonuses Right Now! [Jan. 2021]

American Express (AMEX) offers are targeted offers that can be activated on your AMEX account summary page. The offers include dining, shopping, travel, and more, and you can earn additional points or save money. There are two types of offers. The first type requires you to spend a certain amount on the merchant and you’d receive a specific amount of money back as a statement credit. The second type doesn’t require you to spend a specific amount of money and you’d receive a certain percentage of the entire money spent back as a statement credit. I personally prefer the first type because the reward amount is generally higher, but being able to get any money back is always a plus for me. To use AMEX offers, you do need to add them to the card before making a purchase. Simply click the Add to Card button next to the offer, and the offer will be reflected when you use the card. When you visit the offer page, you may not be seeing all AMEX offers available to you. There are two possible scenarios for this problem. The main issue could be that you are simply not targeted for the offer you are looking for. In that case, if you have other AMEX cards, I suggest looking through other cards to see if you are targeted. The other issue could be that the offer is “hidden”. On the AMEX offer page, you are limited to see up to 100 AMEX offers. As a result, even though you are targeted for an offer, that offer may not populate because other offers are in place. For this potential issue, I suggest adding some offers to your card to make room for other “hidden” offers and check your AMEX offer page later on. I cannot guarantee this will work though because AMEX offers are targeted offers.

Also, AMEX offers are active on mobile devices if you were to use the AMEX app. However, note that the app is limited to showing only up to 50 offers, so I recommend using a laptop or a desktop to browse the maximum number of offers. I cannot guarantee this will work though because AMEX offers are targeted offers.

As you can see, these AMEX offers are outstanding. I am not sure if everyone will jump on the Home Chef and Goldbelly offers, but I presume most people can use the BestBuy and Home Depot offers. I already used the Home Chef offer, and I plan on using the BestBuy offer to improve my home office and the Home Depot offer to stock up on cleaning supplies.
